College Data Analyst
Job duties
Collect, clean, validate, and maintain student data, including admissions, enrollment, academic performance, program participation, and college placement records. Apply statistical methods to analyze student outcomes and identify relevant trends. Develop and validate predictive models to assess student-to-institution fit and application results. Design and maintain dashboards and periodic analytical reports for management. Create surveys and data-collection tools, establish data-quality and documentation standards, and ensure compliance with applicable student privacy requirements. Present analytical findings and provide data-driven recommendations to support college counseling, program development, and organizational decision-making.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related quantitative field, or a foreign equivalent. Academic, internship, or professional experience involving statistical analysis, predictive modeling, database management, data visualization, or analytical reporting is required. Must be able to organize complex datasets, communicate analytical findings clearly, and work independently under direct supervision.
Travel
Several times a month for day trips throughout Massachusetts to visit students and schools, attend meetings and events.

Math and Economics Teacher
Job duties
Provide personalized academic support in subjects such as algebra, calculus, statistics, microeconomics, and macroeconomics; explain complex concepts clearly, assisting with homework and test preparation; help students develop problem-solving and analytical skills; adapt lessons to each student’s level and monitor progress to improve understanding and performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in math, economics, or business, or a related field, or foreign equivalent, and either providing academic instruction to students in math or grading math exams and assessing courses as part of the bachelor’s degree program, or having one month of experience, pre or post-bachelor’s degree, in the job offered or in providing academic instruction to students in math or grading math exams and assessing courses.
Travel
